CTE has developed an Online Learning Model that takes advantage of highly effective instructional strategies adapted to engage learners in a rich online environment. CTE's fully online courses integrate community building, high performance teaming, authentic project based activities, and performance assessments with a depth of research based content.

Participants are supported with excellent facilitators who will adapt the course activities to the needs of learners; with a high level of interaction among colleagues to enrich the learning experience; and with free technical assistance including how to use Electronic Learning Community (ELC) online course platform, as well as tutorial offerings as needed from CTE.
