2007 Summer Institute - Examining Our Environment and Its Effects on Human Health

Join Maryland Public Television and the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health for an exhilarating professional development experience.

Hear from renowned doctors and scientist from Hopkins, apply the information directly to the classroom, and earn 3 MSDE credits!

Where and When?
Johns Hopkins University Medical Campus
July 16th - 19th
8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.

Who Should Attend?
Middle and high school teachers of science, health, technology, language arts, mathematics and social studies.

Why Is it Important?
Environmental health issues bring relevance to the curriculum and engage students in real-life inquiry based problems and tasks.

What is the Cost?
$65.00 Early Bird Registration / $75.00 after June 15, 2007

Cost includes parking, 4 breakfasts, 2 luncheons and a wide variety of environmental health resource materials. Overnight accommodations and dinners are included for those traveling from outside the Baltimore/Washington area.
