This policy supersedes the policies of PBS TeacherLine and Johns Hopkins Center for Technology in Education (CTE).
Submitting Refund Requests
All requests for refunds must be made in writing. Requests must include learners’ full name, course title and order number. Submit request via email to:
teacherline@mpt.org
The date of the complete request and the start date of the course will determine what refund or credit, if any, shall be due. Refunds can be expected approximately 2-4 weeks after the request is submitted.

Refunds for Cancelled Courses
If a Thinkport course is cancelled, a full refund will be sent to the learner through a refund check or applied to the credit card used for purchase.
This refund policy applies to all online courses from Johns Hopkins Center for Technology in Education (CTE) and all local PBS TeacherLine courses taken through Thinkport.
