Nipper's Toyland :

Nipper's Toyland: 200 Years of Children's Playthings features a new gallery showcasing the toys that Maryland children have loved for two centuries. A well-worn set of blocks in their own storage wagon and an elaborate French fashion doll with a trunk filled with accessories are just a few of the hundreds of toys featured in this exhibit. Portraits and photographs add the faces of children and their beloved playthings and pets.

10:00 AM Historical Society of Frederick County :

The HSFC is pleased to have on display many new items added to the collection last year in the exhibit, Building Our Collection, now open at the Museum. The exhibit is open during regular museum hours through May 13. The exhibit, Chief Justice Roger B. Taney and the Dred Scott Case is open to the public at the Roger B. Taney House.
