LG2G News - The A-Team's Ready to Ring in the New Year

The 17 middle-school teachers who comprise the LG2G Advance Team will have their next meeting January 8 and 9 at the MPT studios in Owings Mills, MD. A couple of items on the agenda for this "Winter Institute" look especially intriguing:

  • The A-Team teachers will begin working with game-based lesson plans that have been specially created to connect with their own classroom objectives and standards for the forthcoming semester.
  • Related to that, the CTE team will present a new set of "best practices" to help the teachers integrate games and gaming principles into their classrooms.

Continued planning for the event is being done even now by Jenn Pleszkoch and the MPT team to ensure that the event will be productive (and fun!). Look for a summary of highlights in an upcoming LG2G Update.
