Student Directions:
You are on a mission. You must solve a secret code in order to read a secret message. In this activity, combine the fun of being a detective while reviewing and practicing strategies used in order to solve addition number sentences.
The Students will:
Utilize a variety of strategies to find a missing number in a number sentence.
Directions: To begin, download the PowerPoint Questions worksheet. You will complete this worksheet while viewing the Secret Code PowerPoint below. You will use a variety of strategies to solve the addition problems. You can use subtraction, manipulatives, and/or draw pictures in order to solve the math problems.
