Welcome to Maryland's Individualized Family Service Plan (IFSP) Tutorial process.
This on-line educational tool was developed through a partnership between the Maryland State Department of Education, Division of Special Education/Early Intervention Services and Johns Hopkins University, Center for Technology in Education. The purpose of the tutorial is to provide a clear and up-to-date training resource on the Maryland Infants and Toddlers Program IFSP process for administrators, providers, and families who participate in the State's early intervention system under Part C of the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act.
The tutorial, developed by the Center for Technology in Education, is designed to provide opportunities for users to learn essential information, apply the information individually or in groups, and to explore additional resources through reading lists and web links. We invite you to use the tutorial to increase your understanding of the framework and practices that guide Maryland's system for infants and toddlers with disabilities and their families.
Begin the online tutorial by selecting the IFSP Tutorial Process link.
For you convenience, a printer-friendly version is also available. It is divided into three sessions.
