Hi there. Allow me to introduce myself: I’m Max, and I usually don’t carry around this many books.

The truth is, I’m in the middle of a giant research paper about kids who worked in America’s coal mines in the 20th century, and I am buried in primary sources.
(Visual description: A black and white photo of child coal miners appears on the screen. Then the shot cuts back to Max.

I’ve found letters, testimonials and photographs about these kids.
(Visual description: Images of letters, testimonials and photographs appear over his left shoulder.)

It’s really interesting stuff. Now I just have to figure out how to properly analyze everything, so that I can make the most of it for my research paper. Come on, maybe you can help.
